You really don't need a recipe
for cooking vegetables.
Choose a Method below or just Sprinkle to Taste.
Boiling Method: Cover vegetables with water and boil until tender. Drain. Sprinkle in Sebastiano Seasoning to Taste, add a little Olive Oil if desired, toss and serve.
Broiling or Grilling Method: Heat oven on broil or utilize your outdoor grill, place vegetables in pan and toss in Olive Oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Broil/grill until tender.
Baking Method: Roasted vegetables are so easy to make. Sebastiano Seasoning can be used with any favorite vegetable recipe by simply substituting the Spices in the Recipe with Sebastiano's Seasoning .
Crisp Coating: Utilize the Basic Coating Method to make crispy vegetables even the pickiest of eaters will love. Eggplant, Broccoli Spears, Onion Rings, Zucchini, etc.
Sauté Method: Place Olive oil in pan to cover bottom. Add fresh minced garlic, onion or herbs, add vegetables and cook until tender. Sprinkle in Sebastiano Seasoning at the end of cooking process.

Sauteed Vegetable Medley
Roasted Potatoes & Onions
Peel potatoes and toss in Olive Oil and Sebastiano's Seasoning MIx. Recommended Italian Garlic or Tuscan Rosemary. Place in baking dish and bake uncovered at 350 until done. Toss every 15-20 minutes for an even coating. Can cook covered in the beginning, but be sure to keep uncovered last 10-15 minutes, so they get a little crispy. Cooking time will vary depending on size of potatoes. Estimated 45-60 minutes.
Sicilian Caponata Delizioso
This is a great way to clean out the refrigerator. Add a little White Wine and Chicken Base to Olive Oil while sautéing a medley of vegetables. We added Venetian Curry Seasoning at the end, choose your favorite seasoning.
Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Gravy
Sauteed Garlic Spinach
Pile fresh Spinach in pan and sauté with Olive Oil, minced Garlic, and favorite Sebastiano's Seasoning. Can also use old Romaine, Escargot in and whip up something delicious.
