You really don't need a recipe

for cooking vegetables.  

Choose a Method below or just Sprinkle to Taste.

 

Boiling Method:  Cover vegetables with water and boil until tender. Drain. Sprinkle in Sebastiano Seasoning to Taste, add a little Olive Oil if desired, toss and serve.

 

Broiling or Grilling Method:  Heat oven on broil or utilize your outdoor grill, place vegetables in pan and toss in Olive Oil and sprinkle with seasoning.  Broil/grill until tender.  

 

Baking Method:  Roasted vegetables are so easy to make.  Sebastiano Seasoning can be used with any favorite vegetable recipe by simply substituting the Spices in the Recipe with Sebastiano's Seasoning .

 

Crisp Coating:  Utilize the Basic Coating Method to make crispy vegetables even the pickiest of eaters will love.  Eggplant, Broccoli Spears, Onion Rings, Zucchini, etc.

 

Sauté Method:  Place Olive oil in pan to cover bottom.  Add fresh minced garlic, onion or herbs, add vegetables and cook until tender.  Sprinkle in Sebastiano Seasoning at the end of cooking process.
