There is a choice to either use all Mayo or a combination of
Mayo and Sour Cream. The Sour Cream seems to lighten the flavor.
Either way, though, is delicious.
1 Cup Mayo
2 Tbsp Vinegar
(Recommended Rice, White Wine, or White Balsamic)
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Tbsp Sebastiano Seasoning Mix
(Recommended Flavor Garlic or Rosemary)
Combine the above ingredients and then add:
4 Cups cubed Potatoes
1 Cup chopped Celery
1/2 Cup chopped Onion
Cover and chill.
