Tasty Scrambled Eggs & Omelets


1 Tbsp or less of Olive Oil in sauté pan.


Combine:  1 tsp Sebastiano Seasoning Mix*

                     2 scrambled eggs or egg substitute


Pour mixture into frying pan.


When it begins to settle add:

 1 Tbsp grated Cheese*

1 - 2 Tbsp Cooked Meat*

 Tender Vegetables (Optional)*


Either scramble mixture together or fold egg mixture around ingredients and serve as an omelet. 



          Suggestions for Items to Add to make your Omelet something special.


Sebastiano's Seasoning:  Any flavor you wish.  We like Spicy Sicilian the best for our morning omelet.  


Cheese:  Whatever is in your refrigerator, Pepper Jack, Mozzarella, American Cheese Slices.  Cut approriately so that it will melt in the mixture within a few minutes.  


Cooked Meat:  Leftovers from the night before work great. Typical Breakfast Meats like Sausage, Ham, or Bacon are always good.  Lunch meat broke up into bite size pieces will even work.  


Vegetables: Choose your favorites.  Peppers, Spinach, Onions, Mushrooms.  They don't have to be cooked, but we usually saute our vegetables in a little Olive Oil first, then add them to the egg mixture later.
