Sebastiano Dipping Oil
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice, Optional
Pinch of Oregano, Basil, Salt & Pepper
2 Tbsp Sebastiano Seasoning Mix (Garlic or Spicy)
Combine all the Ingredients and serve.
Serve with toasted bread or with seafood, i.e. shrimp
If dip is too thick, add more oil.
We also like to add Sebastiano Mix to melted butter for Crab Legs.
Even simplier than mixing up the Dipping Oil according to the above Recipe is to just drizzle some Olive OIl & Balsamic Vinegar (optional) on a plate and sprinkle Sebastiano Mix on top.
Serve with bread and dip away. Add a few olives, pickles, cheese, onion, anchovy; who needs dinner? Yum. Yum.
