Sebastiano's Garlic Bread

Cut the loaf lengthwise in half or into 1" slices and

place on a baking sheet lined with foil.

For extra Garlic flavor, rub the slices first with the fresh peeled garlic; and

then, brush the Olive Oil mixture on the bread.

Sebastiano Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Dip two pieces of sliced bread on one side in egg wash or

brush with Olive Oil or softened butter.

Then dip the coated sides in the Sebastiano Mix of your preference.

(This will be the outside of your sandwich.)

Add favorite cheese in the middle.

(We love shredded Pepper Jack.)

Pan sauté until golden brown and cheese has melted.

Works great in a Sandwich Grill.

Serve hot.

After the cheese has had a chance to reharden a little, these can be cut up into small squares and served as yummy appetizers.  Serve hot to warm.

Variations:  Add favorite lunch meat or seafood with the cheese.  Makes a great Tuna Melt or Reuben.
